1. Orders

You can place your orders on the Internet at: www.cifran.org.

The products that we have in stock are dispatched as soon as possible (normally between 24 and 48 hours). The customer will receive a shipping confirmation to their email address.

3. Price

The prices displayed on the site www.cifran.org are in Canadian dollars, in US dollars or euros, before taxes and shipping. All products ordered on our website remain the property of the seller until full receipt of the order amount. If such an agreement was made prior to the purchase, the maximum time allowed to pay the full fee will generally be 30 days. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars, US dollars or euros. For any delivery outside of Canada, any customs charges and local taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient. The exchange rates applied are those in effect on the day of the order or refund.

The order is only shipped if the balance has been paid in full. However, a payment agreement can be established with the administration. All orders must be paid by: credit card or PayPal; Interac transfer or bank transfer; payments by check. We accept all common cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, etc. Once the order is completed, the customer receives a summary of the information of the order and the general conditions of sale to the customer’s email address.
